History of character is unknown.


Powers and Abilities

Powers

  • Healing: Chloe Sullivan possesses the ability to resurrect the dead and heal a person from fatal injuries such as a stab wound. A latent ability, she developed it some time after being exposed to green meteor rock. The full ramifications of this power on Chloe's physical person is as of yet unknown.
  • Resurrection: When Chloe uses her powers to heal others, she literally gives them her own life-force, thereby causing her own death. Depending upon a variety of (as yet unrevealed) factors, Chloe will remain inert for several hours before returning to life. Chloe's ability to resurrect herself is directly tied to her healing powers. It is unknown if Chloe can rise from the dead if the cause of death is the result of an action other than the use of her powers.

Abilities

Chloe is an excellent researcher, specializing in the field of investigative journalism. She maintains a network of contacts in prominent fields in both Smallville and Metropolis. She is also an accomplished computer hacker, skilled enough to break into even the most elaborate computer systems.

Strength level

Chloe Sullivan possesses the strength level of a woman her age, size and weight who engages in moderate regular exercise.

Weaknesses

Chloe's ability to heal and/or resurrect the recently deceased does not come without a cost. To use this ability, Chloe must sacrifice her own life. She always returns to life some time later, but prior to her own resurrection, she is clinically deceased. Prolonged use of her abilities appear to have an affect on how long Chloe remains dead. When she first used her powers to heal Lois, she was dead for just over three hours. The second time she used her powers, this time to save Lex Luthor, she didn't revive for eighteen hours.
